1. Purpose

These Terms of Use apply to the domselardi.com website and, where provided under a customer contract, to our software platforms.

The public website is provided for information and contact purposes. Access to our software is reserved for users authorised by a customer organisation holding a current licence or contract.

2. Access to services

DOMSELARDI may change, suspend or interrupt all or part of the website or service for maintenance, security or improvement reasons.

Login credentials are personal. Each user is responsible for keeping them confidential and for reporting any unauthorised use without delay.

3. User obligations

The user undertakes in particular to:

  • use the website and our software for their intended purpose;
  • not attempt to bypass security measures;
  • not disrupt the availability or integrity of the service;
  • not share named credentials;
  • not reuse website content without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website, our software and their content remain the property of DOMSELARDI or their respective owners.

No licence is granted other than the limited right to use the service in accordance with the applicable contract.

5. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. Cookies and trackers are described in the cookie policy.

The public website uses no tracking cookies. Our software uses only the technical cookies required for authentication.

6. Liability

The website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, DOMSELARDI shall not be liable for indirect damage arising from its use.

For our software, DOMSELARDI's liability is governed primarily by the contract entered into with the customer organisation.

7. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
