DOMSELARDI is first and foremost a software publisher - we build and ship six products. As a complement, we offer advisory and delivery to public and private organisations that want a senior CTO's read, written deliverables, and no junior on sensitive work.
Our service lines
Four lines, one rule: ship what we said we would.
The catalogue is deliberately short. Each line is run on the same principles as our products: readable code, eco-design, full reversibility, and intellectual property retained by the client.
01 · AMOA & audit
Digital AMOA and organisational audit
Strategic advisory on public digital projects: framing, senior CTO point of view, architecture choices, cloud migration or modernisation plans. Organisational audit on security, GDPR and electronic archiving with actionable recommendations. No pentest.
02 · Custom development
Bounded web platform design and refactor
Design and delivery of bounded business web platforms, open source, hosted in France. Refactor of ageing WordPress / Symfony / PHP / Node / React applications into a clean, accessible, eco-designed architecture. IP belongs to the client, full reversibility.
03 · Senior assistance
Senior technical assistance - single profile
A senior expert with 20+ years of experience, single profile across data / dev / security. Remote up to 100%, no intermediary, no junior. Web application TMA (corrective and evolutive maintenance, security, dependency upgrades), clean code and documentation handed back at the end of the contract.
04 · Innovation procurement
Innovation procurement and partnership
Innovation procurement under €100k and innovation partnerships on sovereign SaaS from our catalogue. The six DOMSELARDI products - including REMIS, our research programme on evidentiary infrastructure for AI - are eligible for innovation partnerships.
Honest scope
What we will not do - and saying it up front is its own service.
Many publishers and ESN firms advertise everything. We prefer to announce little and deliver it. The items below are explicitly not in our scope today - we will point you to a qualified partner if asked.

HDS / SecNumCloud / ISO certified hosting
We do not operate HDS, SecNumCloud or ISO 27001 certified zones. For these needs we point to qualified operators.

PASSI cybersecurity
We are not PASSI qualified and we do not run pentests. Our audit is organisational and architectural, never offensive.
Out of scope
ERP / HRIS / CMMS and full ESN capacity
No ERP, HRIS or CMMS rollout. No 24/7 support. No regulated clinical software, no telephony hardware, PTI or alarms. No large multi-profile ESN capacity.
