2. Data processed
We follow a data minimisation approach.
- Contact form: full name, email address, message and proof that the form was submitted.
- Contractual relationship: customer contact details, billing information, support exchanges and administrative data needed for the commercial relationship.
- Software platform: user identifiers, authentication logs, security logs and technical data required to operate the service.
- Data hosted on behalf of a customer: where our software hosts customer data, DOMSELARDI acts according to the contract and, where applicable, as a processor.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention
| Purpose | Legal basis | Indicative retention |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to contact, demo, quotation or access requests | Pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest | Up to 3 years after the last contact |
| Performing the software licence or service contract, support and account administration | Performance of the contract | During the contract, then legal archiving where required |
| Billing, accounting and tax obligations | Legal obligation | 10 years for accounting records |
| Security, authentication, abuse prevention and technical traces | Legitimate interest | Up to 12 months depending on the logs involved |
| Customer data processed within our software on behalf of a client | Customer contract and documented customer instructions | As set out in the contract and customer instructions |
4. Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible only to authorised DOMSELARDI personnel and, where necessary, to technical service providers acting on our behalf.
The website and DOMSELARDI services are hosted in France on infrastructure operated by OVHcloud and o2switch. Your personal data stays yours: it is never sold and never disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes.
Your data stays within France in our standard setup. A disclosure may still occur if required by law or on a customer's documented instruction in connection with the service.
