The turnkey hospital (EPC) industry is extraordinarily good at delivering fully equipped hospital facilities. Specialist integrators hand over complete hospitals on schedule, all over the world. The piece that has historically arrived later - or arrived foreign - is the operational software that runs the building once the keys are turned over.

On-premises is not nostalgia - it is the requirement
A hospital owner does not want its patient flow running through a foreign cloud. That is not a preference. That is the procurement criterion.
Medaris is on-premises by design. It runs on the hardware delivered with the hospital. It survives a saturated WAN link, a generator changeover, an international submarine cable cut. The software respects what the buyer actually owns.
White-label is sovereignty for the buyer
Medaris is delivered in the colours of the institution that bought the hospital. The integrator's brand sits where it should - in the contracts - and the software the doctors and the administrators see is theirs. That choice serves the buyer, not us. It is also why the product website is a B2B partnership pitch and not a SaaS signup.
Medaris is not a SaaS signup
The single conversion event Medaris is built around is a 60-minute discovery meeting with a director at an EPC integrator or a digital advisor at the institution buying the hospital. There is no credit-card flow on medaris.fr - by design. That is the right shape for a software layer that ships inside a building contract.
Who it is for
Directors and programme managers at turnkey-hospital integrators. Digital advisors at the public institutions that inherit these hospitals - they will not buy directly, but need to recognise the product as serious before their integrator sells it to them. And the export-finance officers who underwrite the contracts inside which Medaris ships.
